Application Process and Eligibility for Active Employees
All active regular part-time and full-time employees with continuous Company service as noted below, and who have a satisfactory performance and attendance record, are eligible to apply for posted openings. Salaried and hourly employees who have held their current position for specified periods of time may apply for positions posted.
• Exempt – employed in current position a minimum of 12 months
• Non-exempt & hourly – employed in current position a minimum of 6 months
If you proceed to the interview stage for a job you applied to, the manager evaluation form will need to be completed and submitted to the recruiter or HR representative handling the opening prior to being scheduled for interviews.
